Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage projects and client interactions

  • Streamline client workflow in CRM and ensure all Client Information is uploaded

  • Create and implement email workflows

  • Create and curate content for various channels (Instagram, SquareSpace Store)

  • Additional tasks related to administrative support

Requirements:

  • Local to Nashville with the ability to attend in-person meetings twice a month

  • Proven experience in project management and administrative roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in email management and communication tools

  • Creative mindset for content creation

Hours:

  • Part-time position with flexible hours.

  • Initial hours will be small, with the potential for growth based on performance
