Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage projects and client interactions
Streamline client workflow in CRM and ensure all Client Information is uploaded
Create and implement email workflows
Create and curate content for various channels (Instagram, SquareSpace Store)
Additional tasks related to administrative support
Requirements:
Local to Nashville with the ability to attend in-person meetings twice a month
Proven experience in project management and administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in email management and communication tools
Creative mindset for content creation
Hours:
Part-time position with flexible hours.
Initial hours will be small, with the potential for growth based on performance
