The Face Behind Flourish Financials
I'm Christy Wilson, and I'm thrilled to take you along on my journey. Juggling numerous roles, I proudly embrace being a female entrepreneur, a devoted wife, and the joyful mom of two incredible kids.
My venture began in 2008 with the attainment of my accounting degree. I dove headfirst into a career with audit and tax firms, accumulating invaluable experience along the way.
However, a pivotal moment arose when motherhood entered the scene. Craving more control over my schedule, I made an unexpected but rewarding shift in 2015. Turning my passion for photography into a surprising success, I built a six-figure business. Entrepreneurship captivated me in ways I hadn't anticipated.
Over the course of my eight-year journey as a business owner, I've found immense joy in sharing the knowledge I've acquired. Yet, it was a realization about the financial struggles faced by friends and fellow entrepreneurs that illuminated my true calling.
In 2021, I made a deliberate choice to harness the power of my accounting degree and entrepreneurial journey by launching a bookkeeping business. Beyond the technicalities, I deeply understand the challenges faced by fellow business owners. I bring more than just numbers to the table—I share battle stories from the entrepreneurial trenches and, crucially, extend support and guidance on tax compliance, accounting intricacies, bookkeeping, and broader business concerns.
